Pilling Resistant Testing Procedure (ISO 12945-1)

Step: 1- Precaution /Condition Taking before testing
S Receiving samples are required minimum 6 hours condition with temperature @ 20±2 °C & humidity 65±2 °C
Step: 1- Pilling box consist of cork liner boxes with internal side of 235mm prior to joining. Each box in line with 3.2 mm thick buffed finish cork joining material and Each box rotate with @ 60±2 Rev/Min..
Step: 2- PU (Poly….) tube four at 140mm long & 31.5 mm in outer.
Step: 3- Mounting the fabric on the tube
Step: 4- Then Fit the both side to the tube by using self-adhesive tape.
Step: 5- Template use 125mm x 125mm.
Step: 6- Each Specimen inside out so that the face of the fabric from the outside on the tube.
Step:7-Mount the  four tested specimen along with stripe original specimen
Step:7-The  run the specimen for the customer  recommended speed and Revolution.
